Red Lobster - Réservation de table

They were very slow to clean up tables. There was one next to us that was never cleared off and was like that for at least 20 minutes until we left and Greg waiting room was packed!! When we left there were three other tables empty and cleared yet a long line of people waiting. Also the bathroom had not been checked as there was no toilet paper in one of the stalls

we are always seated in the bar and a young man waits on us.His customer service skills are exceptional.he is ALWAYS respectful of the elderly in our party! He addresses them first, takes their order and directs/guides to appropriate dietary (restriction) needs decisions. His heart is in the concern he has for his customers and it SHOWS

wasn't happy with hostess, gave us a run around because we needed a high chair. then after 10 minutes of a run around she said she was going to clean a table. ok no problem. still waiting she came back to hostess stand figuring im going to sit and she sit another party without sitting us. wasn't very happy. was not sure how service would be if we found out that our server was also the barkeeper! we thought the waiting time was as long as we were told that the bartender didn't come to dinner. fortunately they showed up early. the room was a bit too cold.

Celebrating my grandmother’s 89th birthday, she loves the Admirals Feast. The sang Happy Birthday and we included the 89 candles to put in the key lime pie we ordered for her.

The staff, from the front desk to our server Jose, were A+. The food came out quickly, and was fantastic !
