I must admit that I'm very disappointed at my experience on tonight at this location. I order the chicken linguine pasta and was looking forward to this usual delectable meal. Unfortunately, this is not what occurred. My waiter was excellent and very attentive. When he brought the bowl of chicken pasta over, it look amazed. I then began to take several bites into it until I tasted several items that were very hard. As I took these items out of my mouth I discovered it was actually chicken bones. Every Aspect Was Horrible. On Sunday Dec. 11th I went to Red Lobster (broad st) with my girlfriend to celebrate her 22nd birthday. We got to the restaurant at 6 and were seated at 6:30. During this half hour the two hosts at one point were whispering and laughing to themselves. One of the hostesses ran laughing into the bathroom and came out a few seconds later announcing It's ok, I'm ok then returned to having a private conversation with the other host. Arrived at 5 pm on Sunday. Parking lot wasn't full at all. Was told 30 minute wait. Once we got seated I ordered a long island iced tea and my son ordered a mixed drink. Was told they couldn't make my drink because they didn't have the ingredients. What kind of bar doesn't have the mixes for a drink? We cancelled both bar orders. We then ordered two of the Waygu burgers. Asked for them to be medium rare and medium. My son's was medium, mine was more well done. Once again, how hard is it to cook a burger,? Very disappointed with my visit.
Was not a great experience. The lady who sat us was very nice and very dilogue. The waitress was the opposite. We had a big party so I could understand if she was overwhelmed, but she wasn't even attentive. And the icing on the cake was the food. My wife ordered the crab flounder with potatoes and one side of Caesar. The salad was the lower part of the iceberg. Her flounder was dry and none of the foods had any wort. I understand that this was still in a pandemic, but his too pricy for such terrible tasting food.

At the first impression you thought the male greeting didn't want us there. We couldn't sit in the bar area because it was closed and the TV was out. The average waiting time with few customers and short employees was 20 minutes. While we decided to stay, a wonderful waitress came out and sat without waiting, took our orders immediately, brought our food fast and we were in and out at 45 minutes. The food was delicious and the rest of the staff was friendly.
1star for the server that was very attentive and another star for food. We really love their salad, but they ran out of salad AFTER we placed our orders. I have often been in red lobster and have never experienced it! It was my daughter's birthday and she loves REALLY salad. She was so disappointed. That was on Thursday and there were very little people there, so where did the whole salad go??? Kudos on the server again, she was very nice.
came to an early dinner date and so happy we did. Eating was amazing and fast as well as the server with our cookies and drinks. Have the ultimate seafood festival and had the strawberry colada that was so delicious!! Anyway, come back to see our waitress Rabecca! So friendly and really took care of us and added our great experience. Five stars!
Had to rate this Red Lobster. It has been a long time since we have truly enjoyed our experience at one, and this one took the cake. Our waitress, Shelly, was amazing and so sweet. The cooks knew what they were doing, and of course the biscuits were perfect.

I had the seaside shrimp trio with a side house salad and lobster mashed potatoes. Everything tasted great, perfect temperature. Our server Edward did a great job, very polite and attentive.
The Cajun Shrimp Pasta was excellent. The staff were extremely cordial and attentive. If you have not been in a while like me. Add to your self care day. Happy New Year ?
