Red Lobster - Réservation de table

We visited this restaurant with friends for a celebration, and it had been a while since our last trip. We were not let down. The food was excellent, just like before; the Cheddar Bay biscuits are always a highlight. There were some minor issues due to staff shortages, which we completely understood. However, the manager surprised us with a gift card and essentially treated us to a complimentary steak, which was a generous gesture on her part. Overall, we had a wonderful time and left feeling very satisfied.

I didn't expect to like the chain restaurant, but dang, it was done right. I was there on a Monday so I chose to have the endless shrimp special. You get two different types of shrimp {and they will keep it coming} plus one side. I got the baked potato. It came with biscuits that were really delicious. The thing that impressed me was that they did not overcook the shrimp. Everything was perfect. The our server was quite nice also, and helpful.

Our server, Tabitha, was outstanding! She was patient, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. She truly enhanced our culinary adventure. My husband and I ordered the endless shrimp, and every type we tried was delicious; however, the wait time between re-orders was a bit lengthy. Thank you once again, Tabitha, for your excellent service!

The service was a bit slow; I waited 10 minutes before the waitress approached me. She initially took away my soda because it was flat and brought me a new one. My meal was very nice and fresh, although the lobster tails arrived after the rest of my food. It seemed like the waitress had a lot of tables to manage, and the kitchen was busy. We waited for 30 minutes after being seated, but nobody came to take our drink order, so we decided to leave. The restaurant wasn't busy, as there were only six other tables being served. I noticed three different waiters coming in and out, yet no one attended to us. On our way out, we passed some staff smoking outside. I wouldn’t recommend Red Lobster.

At last, we discovered the best Red Lobster! Everything was spotless, and I mean everything. The service was outstanding—truly outstanding—and the food was cooked to perfection. The service couldn’t have been better, and I felt completely comfortable leaving a generous tip.

I visited this Red Lobster and waited at the hostess station for 10 minutes to be seated. During that time, several waitstaff walked by, but not one of them acknowledged my presence.

not bad but not good. my dish didn't convince me. the spaghetti floated in the soy sauce. too much sauce covering all the flavors. the shrimp were ok. good fish and chips.
