Yesterday evening, the food at the restaurant was decent but not exceptional. It seems that there should be at least two bartenders on staff who are properly trained. The one who served us appeared to be overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the demand.
This Red Lobster location has been around for many years. I decided to stop by for a quick lunch today and ordered the Clam Chowder. It was delicious and satisfying.
