My son, who is not even two years old, was served grilled chicken instead of the chicken tenders we ordered, and the grilled chicken was so hard that it made a sound like a rock when we tapped it against the plate. By the time he finally received his chicken tenders, we asked for them to be packed to go since it was past his bedtime. When we got home, we realized those were burned as well. My son is not a picky eater, but even after removing the burnt parts, he refused to touch it.

We visited for date night and had a fantastic experience. I opted for the create-your-own feast, featuring wood-fired grilled shrimp and coconut prawns. There was no way I could finish it all! Thankfully, the coconut prawns and baked potato made for perfect leftovers. As we were leaving, I saw a waitress on her hands and knees with a flashlight, thoroughly cleaning the booth across from us. It's impressive how much effort they put into maintaining cleanliness. She laughed it off and mentioned that crab can get quite messy at times. I'm really glad they uphold such high standards here! It truly shows, and we appreciate the cleanliness at Red Lobster.
For the last 5 years we have met a group of friends here to celebrate 3 Birthdays. No one has ever been terribly disappointed and the food is normally well prepared. For a chain restaurant I think this is well ran, and we continue going back every year...which says it all for me. Prices are very fair for quality.
Our server was fantastic! However, the food is quite overpriced for what you receive. I found a foreign object in the shrimp scampi, but the server handled it promptly, bringing the manager over. They comped the dish and replaced it as well. Overall, great service!
