We ate there last Friday. We sat at 6:20 as soon as we arrived. It took 20 minutes before a server came to take any kind of order. It took 30 minutes before bread was brought... without a plate. The waiter probably had time to talk to the other tables. The food was good when we were finally able to trace the waiter to reorder shrimp... it took another 30 minutes to get out. We've never been offered bread or beverage refills. I usually type at least 20%, and our servers are usually wonderful. This server Jakobi was the worst. I don't feel the least concerned not to leave him. We eat at least twice a month at Red Lobster. This is my first time in my 60-year-old life that never makes a tip. Man...
Unknowing... was my order made perfect??????????? I love it... I wouldn't pay the lobster. Potatoes... it's like lobster bread, but I have...? It was wonderful??.just not enough? Meat in severity. It is Wednesday and this location has steak and lobster? daily for Wednesday at $24.99. worth every penny.... I wasn't in a super long time, but I'm going to be back?...then you owe so much for the great food and service.
We sat in the bar area we do not do that again service is not the best have bartenders make you your drink and wait for you too he had a reward for Spinat Dip we got that before we ever got salad and cookies, but it took a while to get everyone up. Our sea trio finally came and it was good I know staff is a problem, but don't put people in an area where they want to wait like the dining area ijs.
My Hubby and I were pleasantly surprised by our dinner experience. After a challenge during a previous visit, we tried again and were so happy that we made it! The service was great, the food was freshly prepared and as we ordered, and our drinks were so good! We'll be back soon!!
