After shopping in the local area, and having seen adverts for Red Lobster previously, we decided to travel a little out of our way to visit the restaurant. Located opposite a large shopping centre, this was fairly easy to get to (though we did get...a cab). We arrived at around but were looking for an early dinner, more than lunch. My mom turned yrs old and we decided to take her out of her nursing home and treat her to seafood here. The food was excellent, servers were very accommodating and if it were not the fact we had wheelchair issues, I would rate...it Issues, the wheelchair would not fit through the doorway... had to stop it and my mom who has very little mobility had to reach for the toilet (which was not raised), and then totter over to the sink to wash her hands. She could have easily fallen. That is not all, the small filled in curb to represent a ramp was lame. This restaurant has been around for yrs, why has this not been looked into? With the onset of distancing due to health concern is the top most priority and its well visible now a days in any restaurant. This same scenario is what we experienced in Red Lobster, we came in in mid afternoon and were seated right...away to an open table. We ordered seafood platter and a shrimp pasta dish which we enjoyed after consuming our Stuffed Mushroom appetizer. As usual the Seafood Platter with Lobster Tail, Prawns and Salmon was very sumptuous and cooked perfectly together with the Shrimp Pasta. Then after the main meal we ordered an equally satisfying dessert Chocolate Brownies Overload
What a great experience. We were promptly seated and I was happy to see a good about of distance between tables. Our server Ana was spectacular. She was knowledgeable, kind and genuine. Our meals were hot and tasty. We had the ultimate feast and it...was super. Overall a great time

It was my friend's birthday and she loves Lobster so we were really happy when we could dine-in (allowed for a short time) and were able to enjoy great meals and service

I've been to quite a few of the Red Lobsters in the GTA, but this was a disappointment.
