Unfortunately, the understaffed host informed us that there would be a delay in seating due to prioritizing takeout orders. AWFUL!. While we always have a pleasant time here. Today was the exception. The waitress made ZERO effort to do her job. Took her at least 7-10 Min after we were seated to come over and say hello. After food was served we never saw her again. Had to askher co-workers to find her for us to get a simple glass of water Finally I went to the bar to ask the bartender for a glass. I stopped by for a quick lunch with my family on a Monday afternoon. Although there was only one waiter, he was incredibly attentive and patient with us. The food was delicious, served hot and fresh, and didn't take long to arrive. If I'm in the area again, I would definitely return. The total bill for our party of four, which included four main dishes, two appetizers, two drinks, and one dessert, was only $150, so the prices were reasonable too. If you're nearby, be sure to stop in. Enjoy your meal!
The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. However, the downside is that some Red Lobster locations, including this one, have fewer menu options since the pandemic began. I'm not sure why, especially since indoor dining seems to have returned to pre-pandemic levels. It's time to bring back the full menu. Additionally, the bathrooms could use more attention; they weren't as clean as I would have expected.

The waitress was so friendly, the food tasted really good. I’ve been to the one in bay plaza and this one tops them. I had a Wednesday special steak and lobster with baked potato and a salad, I added the bacon wrapped scallops as a extra. I think thebacon over powers the scallops but other than that everything was made perfect. Hands down the best red lobster I’ve been toyet!
I waited at the bar for 10 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone. There were two managers and two bartenders present, along with another employee who appeared to be busy with something before eventually leaving. Overall, the service was disappointing, and the atmosphere was not pleasant. I would give the service a rating of 1 out of 5, as well as the atmosphere.

I had a wonderful time with my family! We enjoyed the crab meat fondue, mashed potatoes with gravy, and the fried Brussels sprouts—they were all amazing! Our server Joe was fantastic as well. Overall, I would give this experience an excellent rating! Highly recommend!
