I had a very disappointing experience with the wait staff. I had a $100 gift card, and our dinner, which is shown in the picture, cost about $68. After signing off, I tipped $15-17 in cash, and the receipt showed a balance of $30 left on the gift card. However, when we returned, I found that the gift card only had $0.07 left. I just spoke with the manager, who was kind enough to give me a new $50 gift card. However, I'm still confused about how the waiter, who bragged about making $500 that day, then claimed he forgot to enter our order. As a result, we waited 42 minutes for our food, and he still managed to collect around $50 in tips on our $68 bill.

Very rushed by server. We would have ordered another appetizer but felt like it would be served with the meal. Fried food items were very grease. Server rushed the meal along taking plates away to fast and didn't even entertain offering dessert. just slapped the check down. (Place wasn't even busy). NOTE: Server never wore her mask over nose or mouth) Won't be coming back to this location.
Service and food wad wonderful. I ordered Admiral platter and the food was delicious. The portion was huge and with the fried scallops, clams, butterflied jumbo shrimp and 2 LG.pieces of fish I couldn't eat it all. It was a huge plate of delicious food. Ate more than 2 days at home to finish it all. ? GREAT

Went here today with my wife. Had a wonderful experience. Our waitress Melony was great. She was fast and very nice. The hostess was also very nice. Restaurant was clean and the food was hot and fresh. This location is the best around by far. I willdefinitely be back. I had the endless shrimp and loved it.
This is the best Red Lobster in all of Maryland when it comes to customer service and food quality. I've visited the locations in Anne Arundel and Annapolis, but this one stands out as the top choice. The grilled salmon is beautifully prepared, and the mashed potatoes are fantastic.

Staff is friendly and waiter was attentative. Appreciated his recommendations. The food was good for the price but the rice was a bit under cooked. The seafood was cooked well.
