Red Lobster Gresham

Very understated. At first 30 40 minutes were declared to be sitting, although restaurant only about 30% capacity. Ends up waiting for an hour because the hostess has forgotten to give us a table. Secondly, our waitress has only reviewed us a few times and has undergone some difficulties with our orders. First round, one of our parties did not get their side (the ended another 1⁄2 hour to get). Another in our party waited for almost 20 minutes for its 2nd round shrimps, and another member of our party never got them the last round shrimps.

The atmosphere is cozy and warm with the service being exemplary. The value to amount of food is good but smaller portions with a lower cost would be great as microwave fish is not a delicious second day meal. Love Red Lobster and enjoy seafood at a notable location.

Apparently, if you book through open tables, it is not a “real” reservation after the staff. Not sure why open table would have the option? Anyway, it's red lobster. The cookies are brilliant and the food is like the Walmart of seafood restaurants.

We waited for over 45 minutes for a table to enter and find a mostly empty restaurant. The staff moved slow, like they had nothing to do, and the food took forever to arrive.

Food was a overpriced and shrimp wasn’t cooked well. Maybe overcook tasted a bit rubbery but the other dishes were fine.
