We had been here for dinner for the first time and were quite impressed. We were seated at a nice cozy booth and the service was pretty quick and prompt. We had ordered strawberry lemonade and stuffed mushrooms to start with. The main course consisted of dragon shrimp on a bed of rice which was nice with a peculiar dragon sauce and a large portion size. We then opted for make your own combo where we chose 4 item combo consisting of fries, shrimp scampi, Walt's favorite shrimp and wood grilled tilapia. We were served with a large portion of garden salad with the combo.All varieties were lip smacking and we thoroughly enjoyed eating here. Will be back for more!
I had an appointment in Jonesboro and was looking forward to dinner at Red Lobster. I took my husband and mother with me, but after spending $115 on what felt like a frozen meal, I won't be returning. My mom and I both ordered the Admiral's Feast, accompanied by broccoli and a salad. Unfortunately, even the salad was disappointing. The fish, scallops, shrimp, and clam strips all tasted the same—bland and doughy, with no seasoning or flavor whatsoever. If this is what my once-favorite restaurant has become, I think I'll just stick to home cooking, where I know I'll enjoy a good meal and save some money too.
Ken was an amazing server! Everything he did was exceptional! The seating we wanted was not open(by a window) but he gladly worked out of his section, explaining he was there to give us a great anniversary experience, offered a complimentary dessert, came back with an anniversary card signed by all the staff, followed up consistently but not overpowering and he met our energy! It's the sincerity Ken evoked that made our evening special! I will ask for him EVERY TIME I go to Red Lobster Jonesboro!
I always have a great time at this restaurant. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is consistently excellent. Even when there was some confusion about the banquet room, the wait staff handled everything smoothly. Overall, they were very accommodating and pleasant, even amidst our group's lively atmosphere.

We had an amazing dining experience! The food was scrumptious, and the service was exceptional. We dined there on January 31, 2021, and our server, Candace, was exceptionally welcoming. She made sure we had everything we needed and was prompt in taking our order. We will definitely be coming back!
Our food was delicious and the service was excellent. I wish I would have taken a picture of our appetizer. The Rangoon Shrimp is the best shrimp I've ever eaten. I could make a meal out of just it!
I had a fantastic time dining outside! The salmon and shrimp were incredibly tasty, and the staff was very polite. Sitting outdoors was truly enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting in the spring.
