I've lived in the area for over two years and have always done to-go orders from this Red Lobster, but today we decided to dine in with my mom on a whim to try the new seafood boils (which were amazing! . Our server, Joey, truly made the experience memorable. I've dined at restaurants all over the world, and I can confidently say Joey was one of the best servers I've ever encountered. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, he was attentive without being overbearing, genuinely kind, and incredibly on point. I hadn't been to a Red Lobster in a while and decided to stop by for lunch today. I was really surprised with the service and food. I had the admirals feast. All the seafood was cooked gden brown and was hot. The service was exceptional. They have really improved from where they were a couple of years ago. I recommend if you haven't been to Red Lobster in a while. Go by and check them out. Restaurant was having a bad night and should have closed. Only two waitstaff and a manager.. they tried their best but too many customers. Pandemic making everything difficult, place was clean and safety was important. They needed help or the right of refusal. I’m not holding it against them as i’ve dined here many times and always a good experience.
Boil in a bag was cooked perfectly juicy shrimp, soft potatoes, crisp corn, spice was on point. Flight of margaritas were so refreshing. Best part of our experience was our waiter Immanuel W. aka Manny couldn’t have asked for more from him! Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went with this beautiful ppl for Wednesday night special, a steak and lobster dish for only $20.99. I couldn't remember the last time I had lobster, so it was a treat to say the least. Our server, Summer was a pleasure and made everything perfect. Good mood!
Food was good. Fish and shrimp were fresh and perfectly cooked. Took longer than we expected to get our meals. Location is a real challenge to get to, especially coming from Irlo Bronson East. That probably helps to account for the small crowds.
As always, the food was great and the staff provided excellent service. However, the restaurant could use more attention to detail, as it doesn’t appear very clean inside. The bread served at the start is fantastic!
Food and service was a little slow. Restaurant as a whole looks quite worn. Dirty tables sat without being cleaned for the duration of our meal. Not appealing

The food at this restaurant is very good and the staff, particularly Emily, is awesome. It's a must-visit place that isn't crowded.
