Headed out for a bird at lunch. Wanted oysters and crab legs. First thing, they had no tea. Machine was down. We drink tea with everything, even when ordering cocktails. Ordered a glass of wine and then found out they had no oysters. Okay. But then you can not order just crab legs on the lunch menu. You have to order a platter and everything else in there wasn’t something I wanted. Drank my wine and we paid our bill to go elsewhere. Waitress was nice enough to offer some biscuits while I finished my wine.
We loved the lobster, but needed the claws cracked a bit. I actually got **** on the sharp edges of the claw, and my husband couldn 't crack his claws....our lobster cracker tools were not efficient at cracking lobster claws. Worse, we announced ahead of time that it was my husband 's birthday, and the staff forgot about it til after the check. Just plain stupid. We told them to let it go. Disappointing.
I arrived at the restaurant before our reserved time, but when I checked in, the host was rude and insisted that we didn't have a reservation. I informed him that I had a confirmation on my phone, and he dismissively replied, "Don't bother, we don't work with them." Despite this unpleasant interaction, our server was very friendly and made our dining experience enjoyable.
overall it was what they expect from red lobster. food quality was nothing special. the waiter was new, but super attentive. had a great job! I never had to ask for a filling or give it up. probably one of the best services I had in a restaurant. Réservez une table maintenant
