My grandson and I had a pre-Easter Day, today outing today. Sports Zone then Red Lobster to celebrate spring break. He had a blast at the Zone trampoline park. Red Lobster was a 4 ? would be a 3 ? but the manager gave my grandsons dinner to us for free. See my $38.00 dinner arrived way after two other patrons at two different tables that came after me was served. Water, biscuits, no salad....then the waiting game. Ok then when our food arrived my lobster tale was cold ? ?. I said no croutons, my salad had croutons all over it. I asked for a manager, explained the situation and he discounted our dinner he too 8.00$ off naking my grandson's dinner free. So I was ok with that, but we got to do...
The food is typical Red Lobster. It's tasty, but not the reason I go to this location. Every time I've been to this restaurant over the years, they've had excellent servers. Very attentive and helpful. Whether I'm with a party of 10 or by myself, if I'm on the waitlist, I'm in and out in an hour. I've watched the servers make children feel like honored guest. I've watched them patiently assist elderly ones with their order. I've had nothing but excellent service every time I've entered their doors. That's more than I can say about many restaurants at the nearby National Harbor.

Je ne sais pas dans combien de temps je reviendrai avec le même ancien menu

We went at 2pm on a Monday. The restaurant was not crowded. I did notice that there was not a lot of wait staff. Our waitress was very good. The menu is same old menu. Red Lobster need to add new items. I ordered the lobster spinach artichoke dip which was pure salt with very little lobster meat. I sent it back. My daughter ordered the shrimp alfredo pasta dish and she enjoyed it. Of course the biscuits was very yummy. I'm not sure how soon I will be returning with the same old menu.

Les pattes de crabe étaient trop cuites. C'était le dîner d'anniversaire de ma fille et elle n'a jamais demandé si nous voulions un dessert. J'ai été déçu et je doute que je revienne un jour
The waiter was very polite and courteous, but it took a long time to get our food. The quality of the meal was average; my salmon and broccoli were overcooked, which was disappointing. I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.
I was not satisfied with the decreased quality of the food and the higher prices at this restaurant. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my meal at all.
