I went on to explain that I have never been treated like this when I have ordered from the establishment several times. I was told by Ali to “Shut the hell up” and then he hung up on me. I went to the restaurant to return the food and get a refund. I was told, “I’m not giving you anything.” Ali then threw my food in the garbage, and he told me that my food was in the garbage and I’m not getting a refund. Been going to red olive restaurant for a few months now weekly I stop 2-3 times a week and order the same thing at all their restaurants. This morning I stop at this location and order my the same thing I have been ordering at all the other restaurants and the waitress tells me I can't order it. She would have to charge me for a side. I order the super breakfast special sub cornbeef hash. She told me she had to charge me for a side of hash. All the other locations upcharge for hash instead of hashbrowns. This location has consistently provided great experiences for my family and me. The service is excellent, the menu is extensive, and the portion sizes are generous. I especially love the fresh vegetables that accompany the entrees. The Greek combo with gyro, moussaka, and more is fantastic! They followed my special instructions perfectly, and everything was just outstanding.
We had a bday celebration fr my best friend 80th bday the service was o.k. but the food wasn't good to mee I had a chicken quesada extra chicken it was nasty it didn't taste Like chicken anyway I won't never goo bk!!! I should have went next door to happy's pizza never again ?

My grandson really enjoys this restaurant. He always orders the Mickey Mouse pancake. The staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. As for kid-friendliness, the children's menu is excellent, and they pay great attention to kids.
