This place is truly gourmet. Although I sorely missed authentic Hong Kong cuisine, this place is so good with Mandarin cooking that my cravings are deeply satisfied. Here are two dishes off of their “Chinese Menu” but anyone who loves this style of cuisine will not find them too outlandish. This place is by no means a grease joint. The chef does a remarkable job of combining ingredients of different textures and their naturally different colors to create appeal — this is a very traditional approach, keeps a dish from being one-dimensional, and each ingredient contributes nutritional value in their own way. While the vegan options are fairly limited here, it was definitely nice to have an actual meal (not dry salad). The tofu was cooked really well and the sauce was good. I opted for “no spicy” because I have a low tolerance for heat. I could have probably ordered a spicy 1.

I love to get one of the many options they have here for Vegans. There is a small section of the menu and Red Braised Tofu is a popular choice for Vegans. You get to choose your spice level as well. I would recommend this place for a nice Asian cuisine night!

Our dishes were prepared fresh. I loved the chow rice otherwise known as fried rice. I ordered the Lim Lime chicken and double mushroom beef. Both dishes were delicious. Portions are generous and expect to take home leftovers. Very good!
