Das Hotel ist schön, das Personal ist nett, die Speisekarte ist nicht anders, vor allem in Bezug auf Vorspeisen und die Preise sind schweizerisch.Frische Zutaten, sehr kurze Weinkarte, recht ordentliche Speisesäle, aber es dauert ewig, bis man sie serviert. Vielleicht hatten wir Pech, aber 45 Minuten, um etwas nach der Bestellung zu bekommen, sind ein bisschen lang.Tom Kha Ka Suppe ist in Ordnung, aber kein Mord, Salate sind in Ordnung, aber nicht unvergesslich.Es kostet Sie gut 100 CHF pro Person für ein anständiges Essen zu zweit mit Wein.

WOW, einfach umgehauen von der unglaublichen Qualität, dem Geschmack und der Liebe zum Detail. Wir haben nicht viel von einem Restaurant in einem kleinen Dorf in der Schweiz erwartet, aber wir spüren immer noch die Nachwirkungen des Essens hoch. Es ist teuer, aber es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Eine höhere Empfehlung kann ich nicht geben! Liebe es
