The music here is incredible—an awesome mix of salsa, bachata, reggaeton, and more that will definitely get you moving. The bar is spacious, so it's a good idea to order your drinks in advance during busy times when service can be a bit slow. On the upside, the bartenders are incredibly friendly. I come in every month or two, and they still recognize me.

When you try an establishment the first time get references. The service here was beyond poor. My young adult children and daughter in law were all servers, so I have a soft place in my heart for the profession. The RPT Brookhaven server today should not be cased as a server in a middle school play. (1)she forgot to order the food, (2) when order placed, it was wrong, (3) didn 't have a clue to how to simply say, I am sorry. A complete social zero. When I first arrived, I requested the drink menu and was handed a large drink menu. I ordered a Cadillac Margarita for $14. Later, when I asked for a food menu, I received another drink menu featuring an $8 RP margarita and other drink specials instead.
When it came time to settle the bill, I didn't want to make a fuss about the chips and salsa — I hoped the server might ask how they were, but she didn’t. Service has really declined since my last visit, and I don't think I'll be returning. I tried to attach a photo of the chips, but it wouldn’t load.
I had a great experience at Red Pepper Taqueria in Brookhaven. My waitress Amelia was amazing. I didn’t know what to order and she recommended the perfect appetizer and she chose the drink for me. The margarita flavor she chose was bomb. I will definitely come back and ask for her. Also, Juan was very helpful with my ordering decisions. He recommended Buffalo wings and those were also really good! Thank you for making my Thursday experience so good!

I've been visiting The Pepper quite frequently, especially since it's so close to home. It's a great local bar, and I've built a good rapport with several staff members like Juan, Maegan, Danny, Denice, and a few others. However, the recent changes—removing my favorite tequila and replacing it with some inferior options—really need to stop. On a positive note, I do enjoy the addition of the DJs!
Had brunch with a bunch of people. The waiter was GREAT! She handled all of our orders accordingly and we definitely got drunk off mimosas. I’m still giving y’all 5 starts for the service!My only complaint is the Tre Leches wasn’t what I expected. The bread was hard and very runny.
I took some photos of the calamari before we devoured it, and it was absolutely delicious—the sauce had a nice kick to it. We also ordered the Nachos Ole with chicken, which we finished entirely, along with a refreshing thin margarita.
Red pepper taqueria (Brookhaven) has the best queso and burritos. My husband and I love coming here together and sitting outside. The servers are always nice and helpful with suggestions.Food: 5/5
