The burger I had definitely fits in my top 10. It was good. My only suggestion is one for the owner/manager: you need to get your staffing figured out. It wasn’t even a weekend day and the place was mildly busy but there were only two waiting staff. This meant LOTS of empty tables and a long wait. We waited about 35 minutes when there were only a few people in line ahead of us. This is a college town, I know there are plenty of people that are looking for part-time work.The staff working that night were great, you could tell they were running around ragged. Server was super friendly and accommodating of our 5 kids, oldest being 9 of that tells you anything. Kids loved the coloring books and food. My BBQ Burger was perfect and my wife 's Honey Crispy Chicken Sandwich was super juicy. Easy to make chicken dry, hard to make it taste this good. Her words. Red Rabbit falls right in line with the aesthetic modern dark wood, well lighted-mainstream sandwich/café-like restaurant offerings, however, unlike many of its counterparts the food and service live up to the setting of the stage. Food was as far as cuisine options in Rexburg are concerned very enjoyable, well placed and very flavorful! Attached menu for reference on available options, as well as current menu pricing. Recommend any of the wraps for sure, our waitress Riley (I believe) was extremely polite and prompt with ensuring our needs were met, service altogether was excellent!

Great food. We had carne asada fries, poutine, sirloin steak, bison blue burger, loaded mashed potatoes. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted. All staff was very friendly and caring. Will be happy to come again, but unfortunately we live too far away ? may be next time when we drive through Idaho.Kid-friendliness: Place is family friendly

The Carne asada fries but sub the French fries for the spicy waffle fries. It's to die for. The bacon cheese burger was really good as well. Service was great and the food came out fast.Food: 5/5
