Red Ribbon Bakeshop

I have usually had positive experiences at Red Ribbon, especially enjoying their delicious mango cake. However, on one occasion, my dad decided to try something new and purchased the Sans Rival cake for a birthday celebration. To our disappointment, the $20 cake turned out to be a small biscuit cake with a terrible taste. When we tried to return it, we were turned away, indicating a lack of concern for customer satisfaction. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and we will not be returning to Red Ribbon.

Visited this location when I was in the area with a friend. Interestingly there is another bakery in this plaza and I chose Red Ribbon because I had a craving for halo-halo, which was reliably good and delicious. I also got a couple of pastries, and a slice of ube cake. The only other comment I have about this location is there are NOT a lot of tables to enjoy what you've ordered. It's mostly a pick and to go location.

I may be a bit biased saying this, but Filipino dessert is the absolute BEST!!!We had the Ube mousse. All I have to say is WOW. So light, fluffy and lightly pleasantly sweet. They have a huge variety of different cakes and desserts and flans.I'll be back always! Great place to grab a cake to share especially when you are introducing someone to Filipino dessert for the first time.

We bought a cake today since it's my bday. Horrible cake, it's sad! Not moist my 18 yr old coulda made my cake better and it's my bday too!! I'm super pissed never again if I can give them 0 stars I would the cake taste old like a week old!! U guys should close down 35 bucks bs it should be a $1 !!!! Réservez une table maintenant

This place is getting bad by the minute! I came in at 11:30am and there's Nothing to buy on their display racks! Their most salable items are OUT OF STOCK at almost lunchtime? What kind of Bakeshop is this?!?! smh... so disappointed!

This restaurant advertised closing at 8:30, but when I arrived at 8:00, the staff informed me that they start cleaning at 8 and close at 8:30. So are they actually closed at 8:00? What the heck!

Really good cake and a lot of choices. We always come here to but some cakes for any occasion. The cakes are not really sweet and that what we like it..

I really enjoy the Chocolate dedication cake at this restaurant. There is ample parking and the cashier is friendly. Happy holidays! Réservez une table maintenant

It was cute here the enpanadas were juicy. Drinks were alright. I got some ube treats too that were tasty.
