Good experience but could be better. Service always suffer when restaurants are understaffed in between lunch and dinner. Service was ok food was stellar though. The kiosk should have a child lock as our daughter easily was able to get our ticketcharged. Kid drinks that cost more than what is included should be declared when ordering as well. Best part of this place is hands down the service. Mike helped us today on lunch shift around 2pm, and he was honestly flawless. Can tell he is experienced, and trained well. I'll be honest, this is the most consistent restaurant we frequent when it comesto help. Either they are the luckiest restaurant in history, we come at the perfect time, or the trainer is top notch. I'm gonnasay it's the server manager. The food is consistent, and usually pretty good. They have their moments, typically more kitchenissues. But I'm giving 5 stars because of service. They did a fantastic job.Our meal took a little longer than expected which wasn 't a big deal for us, since it was a Saturday night. However, Mr. Johnson personally brought our food to us, and profusely apologized for the delay. He then told us to have dessert on the house . I must say, the dessert WAS delicious, even though we had trouble finishing it all, since the burgers themselves were LARGE (and amazing! This was very excellent service. Way to go Mr. Johnson and Ms. Kaitlyn. We hope you get notified of our review. Give them a bonus!

Sad to say I worked there, the back is always disgusting, and the management is very biased towards people they like, and if you aren 't in the group you aren 't Important. I worked there for 17.50 (which is good) but I know others that made 14 who had worked there before and came back, Also the person that said there is a child predator was right, the men in the management are disrespectful, disgusting, and give you the vibe of if they had the chance they would take it, I am a married women, who also had my wife work there, and they would still hit on me because I look more feminine.

The menu features good-quality food at fair prices, though it can be slightly pricier than anticipated. Gluten-free burger buns are offered for an additional fee, and the fries are gluten-free as well. Lunchtimes tend to be busy, so be prepared for a wait. It’s an excellent choice for families, as we noticed many with children during our visit. There is ample free parking available around the restaurant.
Our order got mixed up—they gave me a double cheeseburger that I didn’t order. They also never refilled our drinks. By the time my correct meal arrived, my wife and I had already eaten half of our burgers. To top it off, they tried to charge me for the wrong burger. We left feeling very disappointed. Food: 3/5.

Service sucked. It took too long to get seated and then too long for attention. The garlic fries came quickly and they were good, but that was just the 1st batch. They made you wait for more. The Burger was just OK, salad was good.. It'll be a whilebefore we go back, if ever.
