We came in on 2/11/23 to celebrate my husband’s 70 th birthday because Red Robin is one of his favorite restaurants. We were there at around 3:30 pm and it was not really busy. Our server whose name I don’t recall took our drink orders there was 12 of us) and our appetizers orders. It took forever for both to get to our table. She took our food order and pretty much disappeared. She never came to clear any of the plates or drink cups our table was cluttered. There’s shows like the bear with amazing people and then there’s restaurants like Red Robin Schereville. Not once but twice they’ve purposely messed up a DoorDash order which is expensive!! And a clear act of aggression by one of their employees. I check the receipt and I’m clear about what should and shouldn’t be on my burger. This time I asked for my toppings w/ extra so they don’t forget and they purposely added something I didn’t want. And didn’t put something I requested. So disgusting. First, let me say when we walked back to our table. We were told our server would be a girl named Abby. After 15 minutes or so no one came to our table. We asked a girl who was training a young man. If she could find out who our server was. There was some sort of mix-up. I guess the girl that was supposed to take care of us wasn't even punched in yet. Let me tell you this girl.
