Came here on a Thursday night and they were not busy at all. Our server was very friendly but she didn?t write down our order and forgot I wanted sugar on my margarita rather than salt. The table next to us was dirty when we sat down and stayed dirty the entire time we were there, which was about an hour and some change. It wasn?t anything terrible but the restaurant wasn?t even busy and other tables were being cleaned from people that left after we sat down so that was pretty annoying. Our drinks from the bar took forever to get to us and there was nobody sitting at the bar nor was the bartender busy. SUMMARY: We enjoyed the food, but most everything else was I'll let down. We like Red Robin but we do not recommend this location. FOOD: Royal burger was wonderful. SERVICE: Waitress was abrupt less than friendly. Also failed to offer drink or fry refills. FACILITY: Great location adjacent to Potomac Mills, Walmart, Sam's Club. Unfortunately the restaurant itself was not maintained. Sad because It has obviously been updated so the furnishings are good. However those furnishings are all covered in thick dust and grime, plus women's bathroom was absolutely disgusting. PARKING: Plentiful Free parking with easy access.
Unfortunately this was not a good visit. The waitress was very nice and I'm sure very busy, but service was not as good as I'm sure it could have been if they had the staff the needed. We got the boneless buffalo wings, zucchini fries and seriously meet Pizza. The zucchini fries were over breaded and all you tasted was the breading. The pizza was not as good as we had hoped I would say the best part were the boneless buffalo wings. For dessert we were hoping to have milkshakes but unfortunately their ice cream machine was broken. We have to have better luck next time.
The staff was friendly, but my server took a long time check on my table. I could see him chatting in the back with other employees. I got a classic impossible burger. It would be nice if there were vegan cheese options, since it is a plant based burger. My mom got fish and fries. The fish was cooked very well. All burgers are about $15 each. Fries are unlimited. The atmosphere is family friendly. Lots of room and seating. The bathroom was clean.

Average service. Our first table we was placed next to a very loud and uncontrollable child, our 2nd table had an ant infestation. My box pizza had no flavor. Imagine eating a pizza and the cheese has no flavor, the sauce taste like the 4 pack pizzas from the freezer section in the grocery store. My wife and kids didn 't enjoy their meals because the Ants wanted to dine with us. I would look somewhere else.
Our server was amazing and the food was really good! We went on a weekday afternoon, so it wasn't busy. The server definitely had other tables, although that means I'm the only one in a restaurant before and did not reach that level. My daughter and I enjoyed our meal! Thank you. We're coming back!
As usual loved the burger and fries! Tried the adult beverage Tito's Chill, it was alright but I wouldn't get the whipped creme next time! The grilled chicken salad was huge and tasty,!
Server was great! Cook put mayo on a burger and made it right within 4 min. Even had extra fresh fries. It's Red Robin delicious burgers, unlimited fries, and excellent drinks.

That was a great place to eat it! Everyone there was so nice from the host to our server Ares that gave balloons to our party of 9 for my brother-in-laws...
Food was good, staff was friendly. They added some new menu items but still have a lot of old favorites.
