Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

I work at Reynolds Middle School, where we take weekly outings with our students who have Autism and other disabilities. Over the past two years, we have dined at Red Robin in Hamilton multiple times, and each experience has been wonderful, thanks to the excellent service. The staff at this location are consistently patient and kind to all our students. They also support our job coaching program for students with special needs, helping them transition into the workplace.

The food was decent, but not impressive. The bathroom was unclean, and the restaurant itself felt quite chilly. Overall, the prices were excessively high for what was offered.

Usually, the food is excellent, but today both sandwiches were very dry, the fries were undercooked, and they forgot my sauces. I hope this was just a one-time issue.

The Whiskey River BBQ Ribs were quite disappointing. They had large bones and were overly fatty and gristly. The rest of the food was just average.

I absolutely love the Impossible cheeseburger and the garlic fries! The mozzarella sticks are also incredibly delicious!
