Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

We walked in at about 7pm on Saturday night. Lauren was working the hostess stand and she immediately told us it would be a 30 min wait for 4 people and that we had to wait outside. All 4 of work in a restaurant so we understand the service industry. We decided to put our name on list. By the time we got back out to the truck, started the vehicle and made a bet on how long it would really take, I received a notification that our table was ready. My five star rating starts after we were sat at the table. Canay was our server and she did a fantastic job manning the bar and serving all her tables with great hospitality. We are evacuees from hurricane Harvey Red Robin paid for our lunch! Brought us to tears, it was so touching my family I are so stressed we live in between Houston Galveston. The waitress was one of the best I've ever had! God bless the waitress the management for being a blessing from God I can't say enough good things about this restaurant

Came in about an hour before closing, the staff could not have been better! Greet food, good service, enjoyed my dining experience with ya’ll!

Permanently closed. Went yesterday 07-31-2023. Sign on the door said visit other locations.
