Food is good, environment and service not so good. We went there for a family celebration of our anniversary. 5pm on a Wednesday, we figured it wouldn't be busy. The place is COLD! I mean leave your jacket on, it's as cold inside as it is outside!It was not busy. The waitress/bartender wouldn't step up to the table. Covid concerns? Did we look dirty? I mean we did come from work but we work in a school and an office. It's hard to tell me the specials and about the happy hour deals when you're standing 6-8 feet away!The food took forever to come out, 30 minutes on a not very busy day. This was the worst experience my family and I have ever had there. We walked in, right as they were unlocking their doors. Mop bucket in the middle of the walkway, the floors and tables were still dirty from the night before. The waitress, unfortunately was less than attentive. When the hostess went to seat another group (around 12:30) she tried to seat them at a dirty table. The group complained and asked for a clean table, to which the hostess lied and replied “sure, I didn’t realize, we were slammed right when we first opened”. My daughter had someone’s shredded wilted lettuce in her cup.Please see photos, we were the first customers there.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered take out over the phone last week, it was a disaster. The woman I spoke to said that I didn’t they don’t do bottomless side salads. Then I picked up the order and made the mistake of it not checking it at the restaurant before leaving. Unfortunately, the seasoning, salad dressing were missing and the burger was wrong. I called and spoke to the female manager. She requested I drive back 30 minutes to get a new burger, which I declined. So she offered a refund for one of the meals. By the time she hung up she processed the refund. Unfortunately I never received it.
My daughter and I eat here at least once every two weeks, usually after school. My daughter looks forward to the Burgers, Video Games and the Bar Tender Natasha that usually serves us. Natasha and staff are great, the food comes out quick, and the staff does an excellent job being friendly and keeping the place clean. The key to getting the best meals and service is hitting up these places at like 2 4 pm. Burgers, sports, video games, and good service, you can't go wrong.

Dining at Red Robin was excellent, offering a menu reminiscent of TGI Fridays, so expect similar pricing. The staff were fantastic throughout my visit. I accidentally ordered the wrong drink, but they kindly replaced it at no extra cost. After enjoying a great meal, I was surprised to learn that a generous person had paid my bill. A big thank you and happy Christmas to them for their kindness. Food rating: 5/5.
Attentive Waitstaff, Excellent Burger. This is high quality burger joint with a menu that aims to please adults and kids. The waitstaff is always attentive and timely. Balloons at the exit for little kids adds a nice touch, but you'd come back even without those balloons. It's a busy place, and deserving of its customer traffic.
Red Robin has significantly changed their burgers for the worse. They are no longer flame-cooked and have become smashed. I would rather go to a restaurant that specializes in traditional smash burgers. It's disappointing.
The burgers are delicious and also their milkshakes! The portion sizes are large, but with good company and enough time to save, that is no problem. The staff is usually friendly and service is quite fast.
