Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Drove an hour to eat at Red Robin in Hendersonville TN on 8/14/21. When we arrived at 7:00, the parking lot was empty for a Saturday night. When entering the restaurant, we were told that it would be a 40-minute waiting time because only one server is in service. Nobody waited in the lobby and the restaurant was mostly empty. We left. Before we drove out of the parking lot, I saw three more groups of customers entering and then leaving. No good way to do business. I hope the owners are aware of this situation.

The food is always good! I love the Bonzai Burger! Sometimes the staff could be a bit more attentive, drinks were always filled, but when you ask for something extras (dipping sauces, napkins) it felt like I was harassing them and it took some time to get the stuff. Only 3 further tables were used.

I believe that since the pandemic this was some of the best services we had. Although it was moderately busy, everything quickly came out. Our waitress was friendly and responsive, and I wish I remembered her name so I could call her out! Thank you for a great experience!

The food was good. Our server seemed like a good guy, but honestly, he seemed more interested in talking to his friends than supporting his tables. Another pretty decent experience.

The food was good as usual. Not sure why, but the Saturday we went, we had to hire the wheelchair because they were not seated. Still good as a curb job.
