I went for lunch on Sunday with a group of 12, and the place was incredibly crowded, but the service was excellent. One of the hostesses stepped in to take our drink orders, and I could tell she was a bit out of her element because she seemed unsure when I asked about the drink options and had to show me the menu. Despite that, she did a fantastic job overall. The food was delicious as well, though it wasn't very easy on the wallet! I'd rate it a solid 10 out of 5!
I always though Red Robin was just a a fast food Burger place, but actually it'sMore of a casual American restaurant. While they specialize in burgers, they have other entrees like fish and chips, and chicken salad. Nothing super fancy. All food was good. Service was friendly and attentive. I loved that they served Blue Moon Beer (22oz and 16oz) on tap. Th he background music was not too loud and was pleasant. I would definitely return.
Let me tell you about my story, every time I choose a place for my wife and son, it's always bad. What it just happened, we were in the area and I choose Red Robin, let me say you had not eaten here in over 10 years, food was delicious the inendless Pries was also awesome The onion rings were perfect. And the service to point. I came from a hero I thank you to impress Red Robins for my family
Delicious food. Waiter was incredibly nice. Noticed the busboy really working hard; all while wearing his Santa hat. Made the restaurant so enjoyable just by these 2 gentlemen. That busboy deserves a pat on the back and a raise! He was making sure every table was clean and ready for the next party coming in. Truly we were all impressed by him and our waiter. We went to eat at Red Robin and we were seated as soon as we arrived. There wasn't too many guests but it wasn't dead either. My family took a little while to decide what to order but we got our drinks quickly and our food arrived not too long after. We all enjoyed our food and had a very nice time there.
The atmosphere on a Friday evening was amazing! We really enjoyed our food, even though the Cod wasn't available. I was still able to enjoy a delicious side salad but most of all enjoyed my family's company. Our server was super attentive. Great job everyone!
The food is okay. Their menu isn't as great as what it used to be. The floor was covered in ketchup around our booth, the bathrooms definitely need maintenance. If you want a burger and fries McDonald's will give you a better experience at this point.
