I had done an online order through their website and ended up only getting half of the order delivered. I called the restraunt to let them know and was told the I could either come in and get the rest of the order or get a refund. I chose the refund but did not end up getting the refund. I then went online through corporate and was told I would be getting a refund through the store which I never received. I got a hold of their support people and was then told since I did the order through door dash I would have to do through them, which I am confused about because I did the order direct through their website and my check balance says that the money was paid to them. I come often. I'll always come. The food is good. Usually get a cheese burger with fries and a side salad. The fries are bottomless. Which is amazing!! The service is somewhat good depends on the day you come. My last experience was today it just wasn't the best experience. I'll always come to a red Robin though!

The burgers and fries at this restaurant were absolutely delicious, especially the garlic fries which were incredibly tasty. The free refills of fries and drinks were a nice added bonus. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick bite to eat.

I am not criticizing the restaurant itself, but I feel compelled to mention that the Red Robin website is not user-friendly. Due to this, I will not be ordering takeout from them in the future. Just wanted to provide this feedback for their awareness. Réservez une table maintenant

We visited RR at 3:30pm during Happy Hour, which offers some amazing specials. Despite the time of day, the restaurant was mostly empty, which worked to our benefit as our food was served promptly and our server was very attentive.

Usually very satisfied here, not this time.The croissant on my sandwich was not fresh, dried out, and everybody's fries were dead. Server wasn't on his game either. All around unsatisfied.

Their food is better than most Red Robin's. the time it takes to get refill on fries is a little unethical. The staff claims it takes a minute, but they are fresh.

Amazing experience for a chain restaurant. Great food, great service. It had been a long time since I had eaten at a Red Robin. I'm so glad we decided to go back. Réservez une table maintenant

Had a different burger at this one, the Avocado and bacon burger. Not at as good as the Royal Robin but still tasty. Our server was a delight and very pleasant.

Not a high end restaurant but a solid place for a repeatable experience. Good burgers, good fries, good beer each and every time. Very kid friendly.
