We went to Madison Hut Red Robin on Saturday 9/3 2022 and it was not busy. The food was great, but the waitress was terrible. It probably took 10 minutes to take our order and probably 25 more to get the cold food out. The couple behind us was annoyed, they had asked for more fries (bottomless fries) and never got them. After all, they asked for the bill to get out. She never came back to check out the 3 of us and we finally asked the manager for more riders she immediately broke out. When we got our bill, she blamed my sister-in-law the right amount on her bill and accused us for my wife and I the right amount for our bill plus gave us another separate bill for the same amount as my bill. 4 invoices for 3 persons. All the time we waited for our food and billing and refilling for the Pommes that she spoke with her Bo workers in her back. Very lousy service!! We Jane went and to the hall rd location and service was fantastic. We world do not go back or recommend going to Madison hgts location!
Server was very pleasant and helpful. If your cold nature is safe to wear a jacket / sweater. Salads are always delicious, especially since I can never choose a burger. The garlic friries are delicious, just need a little spice and full coverage on the sauce not only some of the frits. I am very noticeable that many drinks (non-alcoholic) are refillable. Pack your patients when you go to peak hours. Costs seem pretty fair for the part.
So what happened to this place? I used to eat here all the time because the food was so good. I loved the fish and chips because you got such huge pieces of fish and they were cooked perfectly. Well tonight the fish was awful and the pieces were so small. Even the French fries were terrible, flat and Rick hard. What a shame.
The food was good and punctual. What made our visit perfect was our server Emerald. She was the best. Their great attitude and attention to detail was fantastic. She made our visit so pleasant. I can't say enough great things about how well she represents herself and Red Robin. What a great person.
