Waited 20+ minutes for fries. We asked as soon as we ordered, which we also had to wait for our waiter to be able to do. They finally brought our food. Only one of us had ordered fries. So I finally told the waiter when he came over and said he would get us more fries, that we hadn 't had any so far and that that was why we go to their restaurant. I recently celebrated my son's birthday at Red Robin, and while I regretfully forgot our server's name, their impact on my son's special day was remarkable. Their exceptional service truly made our experience memorable. The delicious food added to the joy, with the delightful bottomless sides that Red Robin is known for. My son, feeling a bit shy, declined the birthday cake and singing. However, the server's thoughtful gesture of gifting him a caricature turned the day around. This was our first visit to Red Robin and we were incredibly impressed with the top-notch service provided by Kevin. The level of service here should be the benchmark for the industry. Not only did we enjoy the delicious food, but we also found the staff to be extremely friendly. The flavors were so good that we were too caught up in enjoying our meal to even remember to take photos. We will definitely be returning to Red Robin more frequently in the future.

I really enjoyed the grilled chicken sandwich and onion rings at this restaurant. It is a great place to eat, and it made me feel welcome. As always the food was great. Our servers not only got the food order correct but kept our drinks and fries replaced without us asking. Restaurant was very busy but also kept very clean. The food choices are wonderful with a great kids menu for fussy eaters.

This Red Robin location is typically crowded, but the service was consistently quick and friendly! The burger was flavorful with a perfectly toasted bun, and the sweet potato fries were cooked just right, not too soft.

Food was great . Wasn't happy that I had to wait for 20 mins for someone to check on us especially when no one was visible to flag down. A little more work on customer service this place would be awesome
