Last night to eat with the family. there were five of us. the hostess greets us and says I find one table for them. then she was and the other hostess, one was older and one was younger, both of them went past us two times after the first greeting. they then meet at the Hostess station after we stood there for 8 minutes for them to say the wait for a table will be 45-60 minutes. I'm sorry, no hard feelings and then went on to talk to the next people in the line that had two people. I had to tell her that she was hanged, put me on the waiting list and her answer was, but that was waiting an hour, they really want to wait an hour, I'm not sure who trains these people, obviously who is responsi...
Red Robin in East Peoria, IL is terrible. It took 10 minutes to get seated with only 4 customers in the restaurant who already had their food and 7 employees chatting in the dining room. Then it took 15 minutes to get somebody to take an order. When the food was brought to us we asked for silverware and were told they would check if they had any. The server never checked on us and when we asked for a refill of ice tea I had to go to the back room to check on the server after waiting for 10 minutes to get the refills. The server had only 2 tables to serve. The worst service I've encountered in a long time.
would like to rate this place higher, eating is very, very good. but the people who work there offer the worst service that is conceivable. the waiting staff does not seem to be motivated to work hard and earn money. this is also not based on an experience. we have gone at least 5 times or more and the only time we have had good service when we sat at the bar and ordered by the bartender. it is a scandal because again very good food, but service is the worst. this was a problem before pandemic and is now even worse post pandemic.
My companions enjoyed the food a great deal. Didn't really appeal to me personally. Had a small issue and the manager came to our table, and was super responsive. Place could probably use some cleaning, honestly, but staff were really nice, and the manager seemed to care a great deal. Not for me, but again, my girlfriend said delicious and my kid actually ate it. Drinks were outstanding. I enjoyed the night; restaurant was ok but not for me. Réservez une table maintenant
Well the onion rings were good, but the coating just fell off of everyone of them when you took a bite. WTH!? ?? My husband ordered the 13.69 burger. And it wasn't anything to rave about. The fries were mediocre. I had the 13.99 southwest salad. Just ridiculously over-priced. And slow service. Seems like nobody is on top of their game anymore. Just can't get good help anymore. I don't think we will be back
The East Peoria Red Robin is a fantastic fast casual restaurant that offers clean and quick service for their delicious burgers. Well, it's a sad day, because I don't think we're back here. red robins eating doesn't taste the same. the burgers taste fresh sooner, and now no more. Instead they taste as if they had been frozen too long. the prices are too high for what they get. Réservez une table maintenant
