Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I've always enjoyed a well-cooked burger, so I specifically asked for a well-done patty. When I took a bite, I found it was still quite pink inside. I informed the waitress, and she took it back to the kitchen, but when she returned with a new one, it was once again undercooked. I understand that it can get busy, but it seems like they prioritize quantity over quality, especially during peak hours. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've encountered this issue, and I don't plan on returning.
