Your service is generally quite good. I think the food is standard... not amazing, but also not fast food. All right. Recently I had a terrible experience that had an order over the phone for takeover. The person over the phone seemed like sitting on a couch and talking very lazy. After 3 minutes she said sadly, I cannot place the order because we are at maximum capacity. I couldn't even place an order online, either due to the maximum capacity. Later I found out that this is the call center that is founded for Covid. You really need to hire call center workers who give a damn.
