Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Our waiter must have been new because he got almost nothing right from food to drinks. The food was also overcooked and dried out. We had to ask the bartender for utensils, and the food took forever to arrive despite the place not being very busy. We still tipped 20% because servers don't make much, but he didn't earn it. Disgusting. I ordered grilled chicken and fries my chicken was cold. When I told my waitress she brought back more chicken which I couldn't even bite into. Ontop of that my waitress was unapologetic for our inconveniences. Our condiments were frozen and this was just an overall awful experience.
