I'm concerned this might be a bad sign for Red Robin, as we've already lost quite a few good casual dining options in the area. Terrible experience. I ordered grilled chicken and fries, but the chicken was cold when I received it. When I informed my waitress, she brought me another piece of chicken that was so tough I couldn't even bite into it. To make matters worse, she didn't apologize for the inconvenience at all. The condiments were frozen, and overall, it was just a really disappointing experience.

Disappointing, unwelcoming, and far from appetizing—never again. I waited an hour with absolutely no sense of urgency from the staff. I can’t believe I paid $16 for these cold, hard, and unappetizing wings.
