We had our first date at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews a year ago and started a tradition of coming to this location every year to celebrate. Today, we sat at the same spot at the bar as last year, where the bartender, Jessica, was friendly and outstanding at her job! The manager, David, introduced himself and kindly offered assistance if we needed anything. The regional manager, Kevin, also greeted us, and we ended up chatting about Arkansas since we’re planning a trip there next month. Didn't get a wow feeling during our stay. Was a little disappointed in the small part of my 1/6th of a chicken breast. The salad was pleasant. But it could be the alcohol. Service was good and server was great. However, before the way into the kitchen, while the business was slow was very tasteless. But I will say that, thank Red Robin for the groundless pommes and free birthday Burger meal! In the near future, I wish I had a positive feedback! We had a fantastic experience at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews. Our group of 11 came together to celebrate my niece's birthday, and we were promptly seated. Brett, our server, was outstanding—courteous and attentive, ensuring every detail was taken care of. The food arrived quickly and piping hot. The manager also made a visit to join in the birthday celebration. All in all, they made our family gathering truly special.
This was my first time visiting a Red Robin, and I was very impressed. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch! Despite arriving during the busy lunch rush, we were seated quickly and received attentive care throughout our meal. Both our waiter and the manager stopped by frequently to ensure everything was perfect, and any requests we made were addressed immediately.

Despite some complaints about long wait times for pickup orders, I found the service to be excellent, even amidst the negative reviews. The staff is underpaid and does their best to manage difficult customers, so if you're not willing to be understanding, perhaps dining out isn't for you. Overall, the food and atmosphere are fantastic!
We really enjoy dining here! My 10-year-old son always orders the bottomless mac and cheese along with a burger. I like to try different dishes each time. The service is excellent, and the manager even came by to check on us. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Always great as usual. I enjoyed the fish sandwich, which was fresh and delicious. The bottomless fries are a huge plus. I absolutely LOVE this place!
