I had Forest as my waiter, and he was incredibly polite, providing quick and efficient service. I ordered a Red Robin cheeseburger and requested it to be slightly pink in the middle, and it arrived exactly as I wanted. Generally, at other places like Chesapeake, VA, or the Fair Lakes location in Fairfax, my burger tends to be overcooked. The standout of this visit was the FRESH steak fries and the freckled lemonade, which was refreshingly not diluted. This Red Robin location is very similar to their other branches, and I really value the consistent quality they maintain. The burgers are excellent, and they've added pizza to the menu, which tastes great. The bottomless sides are a nice bonus, though one portion is usually sufficient if you’re not very hungry. The same applies to the drinks; if you finish your drink and want another, they’re happy to give it to you in a to-go cup, which is a great deal if you want to take it with you.
This restaurant is a classic that you shouldn't miss, thanks to its fantastic burgers, incredible wings, and unlimited fries. I was eager to sample the pizza, but unfortunately, the crust was disappointing—it was even worse than frozen pizza. I might give it another chance, but I doubt I'll order it again. On a brighter note, the brownie cake and lemon cake were both delicious and indulgent. If you haven't tried their pizza yet, you might want to give it a shot—you could enjoy it!

The burgers at Red Robin are fantastic—definitely among the top burger chains you can find in malls or similar venues. The restaurant is well-maintained and spotless, including the bathrooms. It's an ideal choice for families with young children or a lunch outing with grandparents. They also offer a good variety of beers, with some flavorful local brews available on tap.
This restaurant supports veterans, which is admirable. The location itself is pleasant, but they are significantly understaffed. With 50-60% of the seats empty and 20-30% of the tables not cleared, only about 10% of the tables are actually in use. Consequently, wait times can be as long as 45 minutes to an hour.
I visited Red Robin during a busy lunch rush and was seated with minimal wait. Our drinks and appetizers came promptly after ordering. The table had entertaining games for the kids, which was a nice touch. As usual, the burger was freshly made and incredibly delicious. It’s consistently a great experience!
The quality is truly exceptional! The burgers at the Chantilly Red Robin rank among the best I've ever tasted. It's a shame there isn't a location in Canada. The staff at Chantilly are also extremely friendly!
