Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Don't get me wrong I love the food at Red Robin, but twice now I have ordered take out from them and when asked if I could get some extra ranch and some seasoning for the fries I got told we put two things of ranch in with your order, (yes I am aware you always put two hints me asking for more) then has the nurve to tell me that they are out of seasoning for the fries. I wouldn't think anything of this other than the fact the person telling me can't say it without a smile on his face as the girl behind him is full point some of the seasoning shakers that go out on the tables. Our server was absolutely fantastic! She kept our drinks topped up without us even having to ask. She was very attentive to our family and made us feel welcomed. The food was incredible—truly outstanding! Everyone was smiling, and the atmosphere was so friendly. I gave my server a Visa gift card to show my appreciation for all her hard work. It was a wonderful experience for my family. Thank you, Red Robin!

I've been a fan of Red Robin for many years. The food is consistently delicious, and the service is usually excellent; however, during my last visit, it was just decent. My main concern is the value for money. I understand that inflation and rising ingredient costs play a role, but with the current menu prices, I can't justify having lunch there anymore. The meal was good, but not worth the cost.

Most of the time, Red Robin is a pretty good place to eat. But recently, the service has been lacking due to being understaffed. And with most restaurants, the atmosphere was loud. The food was yummy, however. But, price has gone up. I believefour people costed around $60. Red Robin is probably a place for more special occasions or family gatherings. Our server was phenomenal... and then some! Our drinks were never empty. She was very tentative to our family. The food was amazing. I mean REALLY amazing!! Everyone was smiling and it was a friendly environment! I give my server a visa gift card forall her hard work! This was truly a great outing for my family. Thank you Red Robin!!

Wait at our table was long. Watched others that sat down after us that had fries and drinks on their table immediately before our order had even been taken. We never got more fries and we did not get sauce for fries. Plus side food was amazing!!

This was my first time at the restaurant, and I was a bit surprised to find that they didn't offer unlimited fries. I also had to request refills for the drinks. The bacon wasn’t cooked as we had ordered, but overall, the food was very fresh.

Great casual dining place! Bottomless fries are amazing and you have to get the campfire sauce! Burgers are pretty good too! They also have some really large tables that can seat 8-10 people, so it's a good spot for a group. Réservez une table maintenant

Not too hard to get to. First time here, but was surprised they didn't have unlimited fries. Did have to ask for refills on the drinks. Bacon wasn't cooked as well done as we ordered, but otherwise was very fresh food

The food was good. I didn't feel like the Pommes were "untlos." After we got our plates, they never asked if we wanted more fries. Yeah, we could have asked, but I think they should have asked us.
