It's been more than a couple years since we've been here even before COVID. I received a birthday discount via email and we decided we'd go. We had a great time. Our server, Brie was super awesome. She was attentive, sweet and did an amazing job with serving! It was at the beginning of the lunch rush so we arrived just in time. We started with the Buffalo Wings. They were perfect and also came with homemade chips and carrots! We had the Black Bleu Burger with bottomless broccoli and the Monster Burger with bottomless garlic fries. The service was outstanding, and the food was decent. However, the atmosphere and cleanliness left much to be desired. It's evident that the staff is putting in a lot of effort, but the overall space doesn’t feel inviting. Additionally, cleanliness was an issue, especially on the terrace and the restaurant's exterior. I should note that the entire area around Northridge Mall tends to be quite dirty and neglected, which is one reason I rarely stop by. That said, it wouldn't hurt to invest in a mop for the interior floors and a broom and pressure washer for the outside every now and then.
The server was very good and the food was decent. But the ambience and cleanliness left a great deal to be desired. You could tell the servers were swamped and doing the best they could. But the space is just not welcoming at all. And it was not clean,especially, the patio and the outside of the restaurant. Granted, the overall outdoor spaces of the Northridge Mall are dirtyand pretty nasty, that's just the way it's always been, which is why I rarely go there. But yikes! Take a mop to the floors ofthe inside and a broom and water pressure hose to the outside every once in a while.
The burgers are good, so are the drinks BUT the Sweet Potato Fries was TERRIBLE!!!! There was an additional charge of $1.45 for the Sweet Potato Fries which was fine by me but what I got was left-over fries. The fries was sliced too thin, it was too dry looking and it's either too hard or already stale. I asked the server if their regular fries also looks taste the same, and she said No, so I asked for a regular fries to replace the terrible one I got. I mean, they got the nerve to have an additional charge of $1.45 for a terrible Sweet Potato Fries???? Réservez une table maintenant
We had great service and a great time and the food was really good. Our waiter was excellent!! I don't remember his name, he was a young, thin guy, blonde hair and he treats our party of 13 adults and 1 child very well. I wish I knew his name because he was brilliant! It was 5/28, evening time and we were in the back, far left corner. It was my oldest day when we had a great time! Ty
I recently had my first visit to Red Robin, and I highly recommend it! They have a diverse menu featuring burgers, pizzas, sandwiches, and salads. Just keep in mind that everything you order is your responsibility, as I've heard that the bill can add up quickly—something that I was a bit worried about at first.
The staff was friendly, but they appeared somewhat reserved. Our food took quite a while to arrive, and whenever we requested a refill, it took at least 10 minutes. The food was okay; I ordered the bottomless fries, but they didn't provide any additional servings after the first.
Did a quick stop at Red Robin with my daughter. It was not overcrowded we asked to be sit outdoors. The staff was polite. Our server was Rodrigo he was very attentive and friendly. Provide me with a refill on my drink without me having to wait or ask. Réservez une table maintenant
