Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

We went to lunch at 3:00 and disturbed the young lady who had to get up from her table to welcome us. She told us rudely that it would wait 10 minutes and take my name and number. I work in customer service and I am very concerned about the problems of companies regarding short staff, but I'm not waiting 10 minutes to spend my money to pay the salary of rude people. We drove to Texas Roadhouse and got fantastic service and a great meal and sat with roles before Red Robin told me that my table was ready. Maybe you should train the few people who want to work to not be rude to the guests when they need to wait as most people are pretty understanding these days.

This location is usually great. Except this time. Imagine an almost empty parking space and still tells his 30 minutes waiting because they don't have personnel. And then sit down and see the waiter once. It's just Sad and I really expect better.

You did a good job! We got a table to wait while we waited for a table to match our whole party. Waiting times were accurate, the staff was attentive. Our order came perfectly and quickly. And the server and the manager were really friendly.

All right. Fries were cold and there were too many tables for the number of servers that work (not their faults), but it led to things that took some time.

I lpved my grilled chicken salad. We had a bit of a wait but it was worth it. I had enough left over my lunch the next day. It was still good .
