There was a small icky problem at the bar, and the bartender (I can't remember her name, but she had a Ghostbusters Loungefly bag, just in case corporate sees this, it was her) fixed it immediately and brought it to a manager. My party ordered two burgers and a chicken breast for our toddler. We waited over 45 minutes for our food after asking our waitress where our food was. I had a really disappointing experience with the server at this restaurant. It wasn't busy, and since I knew what I wanted, I placed my order right away. The food came out quickly, but my plate had barely four French fries on it. Despite the fact that fries are bottomless, I asked for more but never received any while I was eating my burger. I tried several times to get her attention but was completely ignored. Eventually, she walked by, and when I asked her about my fries, her response was simply, "Oh yeah." That’s definitely not the kind of service that earns a good tip.
I typically don't write reviews for takeout orders, but I had a fantastic experience today! I placed an online order on Saturday night, and the estimated readiness time was 15 minutes, which I was skeptical about. However, when I arrived about 20 minutes later, everything was ready! The food was still warm by the time I got home, and everything was correct, even my intricate vegetarian burger. The fries were well-cooked, though they could have used a bit more seasoning. Overall, I was really impressed with how easy, quick, and accurate the service was at this location.

We came here for my son's birthday. Service started out great, waitress was quick and very attentive. I let her know it was my son's 9th birthday and she acknowledged it. Our food took a while to come out, but was very good. As soon as the food came out, the waitress disappeared. We went ~30 minutes without seeing her. We lingered for a bit, hoping for the birthday song to happen, but I never did. My son was pretty bummed he didn't get the typical birthday celebration at the restaurant.
I had never been to Red Robin before. Wow! I didn't know what I was missing! The best service, the best food, and everything was super fast! The french fries, salad, and Mac and cheese are unlimited! The manager greeted us and the waitress and all the staff were super friendly and cheerful! A spectacular place! Highly recommended! I hope to come back soon!
Asked for a table was given a very tiggt booth!!!! Took 15 min to get our soda order and never got a refills and guacamole and salsa appetizer was really bad the guacamole tasted and looked spoiled,!!!!!!And staff not friendly and manager never came over too see if everything was ok!!!!!Dietary restrictions: Not enough diabetic offerings!!!
Got seated on walking in. Absolutely fantastic chicken bites appatizer! Hamburger was pretty good also. Service was fast and friendly, great server! Price was very reasonable and loved the decor. ?

The food, yeah, what a joke, the fries tasted like old nasty grease . DISGUSTING . BARF. For the price Red Robin Gourmet Burger ? is beyond sub-par.
