I was with the family on a trip and we stopped here. We ordered food and it took a little longer than we wanted but that could have been because we were really hungry. All of our food came out cold. We told one of the staff our fries were cold and theybrought us hot fries. I checked my burger and it didn 't have the pickles I asked for. Then I tasted the burger and it was nothot either. I have had a few different experiences here. They used to be great, but unfortunately, this location has been very lackluster as of late. Long wait times for seating, long wait times for food. This last time we were there, the orders came out cold, and wewere informed that my burger was given to the wrong person, so they needed to remake it. Red Robin was incredibly accommodating, especially since my mom has dementia and can sometimes get vocal—they were very understanding! The staff was extremely friendly, and the food was outstanding. The menu offers clearly labeled vegetarian options, making it somewhat suitable for vegetarians. With plenty of free parking available, the atmosphere was great, and overall, I highly recommend trying the burger and fries. Service, food, and atmosphere all deserve a 5-star rating.

I should have known after using the filthy bathroom before sitting down that I should have left. That should have been the first picture I had taken. We were starving which is why we ended up staying even after noticing the dirty/greasy looking walls andthe dirty smeared window between booths. The southwest salad was actually pretty decent. The burger was well done even afterbeing asked if I wanted pink which I did. I wouldnt have cared if it wasnt so dry.
Overall, my experience at Red Robin was enjoyable, especially due to the outstanding service. The menu offered decent food, though nothing extraordinary, but the burger and fries truly stood out as the meal's highlights. The atmosphere was fairly average, but I would still recommend giving Red Robin a try.
The food was good, and I love the bottomless fries. However, there weren’t enough staff members for the number of people at the bar. The cheese sauces and burgers were excellent, and they have a great beer selection. I’ll definitely be returning.
Me and my family had so much fun great place to eat at a very nice selection of burgers let me tell you.......you will have a great time
