Red Robin Restaurant

My wife, 11 month son, brother, father and I went to Red Robins in Guildford. From the beginning to the end of the night the service was awful. From minor issues of the server not coming back to refill my drink even once in the meal, to forgetting orders to bigger issues like the bill. We had a coupon for the a free tavern burger with the purchase of the Finest or Gourmet Burger. We had the coupon on the table in plain sight, prior to any food set on the table. When ordering a burger my dad was going to order a Tavern burger, but then asked if there was a difference of that burger verses another (and remember the coupon was still on the table at that time in plain sight). We were newbies to this family restaurant and I was very surprised at the service and the food.Our waitress Kristin was really on the ball and certainly knew her stuff.I had a red robin royal burger which was really good and the rest of our party had the salads in various forms and we all left satisfied.We also tried the fudge sticks (fruffles), they are rich but ever so yummy. Give them a go.Would I go back, you bet.

Have been coming for years, but our latest visit was by far the best! Our waitress Sara was so wonderful and attentive to all the tables. Never once had a complaint. Food tastes really fresh and "clean". Not dripping in oil, like other places tend to. Will definitely come back for a great reasonable meal!

When the grandkids suggest Red Robins we quickly agree because we know the meal and experience will be consistently good. I recently had a questionable burger at another name brand place and needed a Red Robin burger to clear the memory of the previous meal. Job done!

Visited again this year. Once again great food awesome service. Everyone who goes here must try the onion rings at least once.
