Arrived to see only one person in the place at about 2pm on a Saturday. She finished serving one person in front of us, then proceeded to walk off somewhere. Waited for a few minutes at least to be acknowledged, but no such luck. Two other employees walked in and said to the girl, what do you want me to do?? She said the orders. The third employee walked off into another room. I gather he was the manager. We then ordered and I went to sit down around the corner but couldn't find a clean table, so attempted to clean it myself as well as the chair which had food scraps on it. today (12/08/22) I was told that the load from the stock was laborious all except fried chicken. not to be honest about the current market conditions are hard, but if no other red rooster outlet has reached this point without a warehouse, it suggests that this outlet is especially badly managed. Moreover, I have previously noticed very bad hygiene practices, especially in a lack of gloves and hair nets. red rooster as a whole seems to have some really good stores, and some really bad stores. I stay with the brand, but I think they need to monitor business like this to be respected before the brand.
Red Rooster is Red Rooster. I don't need to tell you about the food that's available because everyone probably already knows.Cooked chickens and chicken and chips are nice. You know that already.One point of difference when I visited is that the staff were friendly and efficient. Certainly an imporvement on what it used to be.
they are in order, but they always have to check their order, especially if they have made a special question because they tell them they can accept them, they take their money and then ignore their question completely.

this franchise is very well located, it is always very busy but the service is always quick, the drive through is very busy indeed, now they do a home delivery that we have not tried
1h wait for bbq huh had to buy 6 offers and 6 chicken nuggets 23.00! the ordered chips did not receive them and they wanted more. how can they justify these prices, never again.
Love the legends box crispy strips are so good, got the app so I get points this is such a good idea
