Red Rooster North Dandenong

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Annabelle around June 2022 at Red Rooster Dandenong North. She took the utmost care and professionalism in taking my order for a quarter chicken and chips and I have to say it was the most delectable chicken and chips I’ve ever had, I know this is due to Annabelle’s stellar customer service and ensuring my order was prepared to perfection. Please bring her back, you have not been the same since she left.

I visited the restaurant on a Monday evening at 7 PM, and to my surprise, there were no customers in line or inside. I went to place my order for fried chicken, only to be informed that there would be a 15-20 minute wait. This raises the question: what's the point of running a food business if you can't serve food promptly? Overall, I rate the experience: Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

I placed an order through the red **** app, but half of it went missing. I tried to file a complaint to get my money back, but there’s no option for that other than providing feedback about the business. It's been two weeks, and I still haven't heard back from them. This is really disappointing! I'm still waiting for a response and a $40 refund for the food that never arrived!

The Kartoffel and Gravure restaurant had a mostly serious atmosphere. After crossing the road and climbing up, I was disappointed to find there were no napkins or spoons with the takeout food. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5 and the service 4 out of 5. Réservez une table maintenant
