The food at this location was everything until I applied for a job. I discovered that the owner uses people to cook and clean who has absolutely no experience just to make a sale. They leave. The lamb meat in the freezer with no protection. They cook with no gloves. The cook does not care about how customers eat food. If you do not eat cheese the cooks will still put cheese on your sandwich. If you order salad the cook will put nacho cheese on your salad. The main thing I loved was the wings. Until I became sick from eating them every single day barely cooked to be done. I have to argue with the cook and the owner to please not give away food uncooked or that has been sitting for hours becau...
I went here years ago and fell in love with the gyro wing combo. I recently went back and got the same order but added a separate whole wing and fry order. Spent about 20 dollars total. The packaging is amazing and this is the BEST location. The cook was in the kitchen whipping with the stir fry. He also was very thankful for my spending at their restaurant. There are other red snappers but this is the only The red snapper don 't confuse it with other locations. This one in college park has the BEST food. I was so full after the gyro i was basically torturing myself to eat more lol
Two stars because the customer service was great. However the food hit below target. I ordered a catfish sandwich, and a cheeseburger. The catfish sandwich was very bland, the lettuce drenched in grease lacking crunch. The cheeseburger was made incorrectly, and just one of the saddest burgers I've ever seen. My daughter didn't even want to eat it. We threw it away. Onion rings underwhelming. Never again, thirty bucks wasted.
Drove the 1.6 mile from the Courtyard by Marriott for an afternoon lunch. Great fish meal at a great price and lots of it! Food was freshly fried and delicious, staff was friendly and courteous. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone stopping in the area. Don’t go here! I ordered catfish, shrimp and wings. First of all, it’s not catfish! It’s some soggy fatty meat they battered up and fried. Idk what it is. The wings were undercooked. I called and spoke with a guy who is the manager I guess and he told me no way it’s not catfish so I brought it back and luckily he gave me a refund. That’s the only reason I didn’t go off. This place is garbage.
Took a friend to try for the first time she was coming from up top. The Greek Italian Turkish, looking dude that works the counter. His nose was dripping, I got grossed out. We asked him to wash his hands very nicely. He caught an attitude. He hurried up and said I'm giving you your money back to both me and her after we waited in the store for 10 minutes. What garbage
Red flag- if there is less than two people in a restaurant at 5pm, go somewhere else.Customer Service was very poor. Fountain drinks were flat and warm. No ice in the machine.No public restrooms for paying customers. The letter grade is not visible to the public. This was the worst experience.
