Red The Steakhouse Pinecrest

I am no longer a regular at Red. Everything I 've said below is true except for the ambience at the new location in Pinecrest I 'm talking about the ugly section of the restaurant. Let me explain... It 's that third portion deep into it that looks like you 're in a cheap ballroom of a Holiday Inn. For the last three times I 've been here, they sat my party here the equivalent of being given bleacher seats but for an expensive concert ticket. This section looks more like an office space. It normally wouldn 't bother me, I 'm a low maintenance guy, but I have a problem being charged Marble Room prices for what looks like a cheap wedding reception venue at your local La Quinta. First and last time to this location. My steak was overcooked and service was a bit slow but by far the worst part was the ambiance. We were seated in the back room that clearly is the overflow space. Decor looks cheap and tacky, and like another reviewer said, it looks like a ballroom in a Holiday Inn. For the price there are just way better options elsewhere.

Will not be going back to this location I had Chris 2x and the manager (lady) both very rude and unprofessional. Steak was over cooked and I wanted it medium. Will go to jaja marble room or strip next time... they will never see me or my husband again
