Food is good, sometimes it can be poor. They're pretty fast which is good. The staff don't wear masks within the shop so although people in takeaways like the Red Cap seem to think taking steps to distance themselves from customers like putting screens up on the counter etc are enough they should still wear masks within the shop because they're not all the same household. Which is keeping themselves and their customers safe
The dining experience can be good or sometimes lacking. The service is efficient and employees are quick. Unfortunately, some employees do not wear masks in the dining area. While measures like distancing markers and protective screens at the counter are in place, all employees should still wear masks for the safety of all customers, regardless of household. This will help maintain a safe environment for everyone.
I bought a munchie box and other items . The food was rather salty and after a short while it made our lips tingle . The chips and pork ribs were the saltiest plus the ribs were almost devoid of any meat at all! We also had noodles and beansprouts which tasted burnt . I am unlikely to buy food from this takeaway again .
