We have to this place a couple of times, and even though the service was slow, the waitress was kind and friendly. But today 02/092024 around 13.55 we came to have some food but this waitress would wait in the bar, taking with the customers and not even a hi or what can we get you. After waiting for about 10 minutes without been served, we went to the bar to order food and the waitress wouldn't even say the when the food will come, and just said ok and went back to taking to other customers. After feeling humiliated,we said no thank you and walked out to have our food from somewhere else. When using the Redds Newark location as our Redds baseline, this location falls well short of our expectations. The service and food was no where near the quality of their other location. The pizza was bland, and the app platter was served warm-ish at best.
This was my second visit to Redds, and it was even better than the first time. The beer was served at the ideal temperature, and the food was cooked flawlessly. If you haven't been there yet, you're truly missing out!
This was my first time dining at Redd's since 2017, and I was pleased to find that everything remained largely the same. The food and service were excellent, and the prices were reasonable for what I ordered.

I was there for a gathering up stairs..There were about 50 people. We all had a good time. Food was good and the service was Outstanding!!We have been there several times.And we will be back again.
Food is decent, needs work. Pretzels are very good, pizza is okay (sauce too sweet), nachos are sloppy
