I genuinely love Redefine Meals—the quality of their food is unmatched compared to every other meal prep service I've tried. I can't recall a single meal from their menu that I didn't enjoy. My only complaint is the inconsistency in portion sizes. I understand it's challenging to maintain consistency with so many meals to prepare, but sometimes I'll receive 15 pieces of broccoli, and other times just 2, which raises concerns about the accuracy of the nutritional information on the packaging. Aside from that issue, I highly recommend this meal prep service.
A friend suggested this restaurant to me and recommended two dishes to try. I enjoyed them both so much that I immediately placed another order. I've now sampled four dishes, and each one has been even better than the last. I can easily finish an entire meal and feel completely satisfied. I've tried other places before, but I've never felt truly satisfied until now. I've already placed my next order, and I must say, the cookies and cream oats are the best I've ever had. Highly recommended!
This place truly understands what it takes. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. The meals are fantastic, and after more than a year of ordering, they continually keep the menu exciting. I’ve tried other meal prep services before, and they usually become monotonous, but not here. The food is consistently fresh and flavorful, with an impressive variety to choose from. You can’t go wrong with Redefine Meals—definitely give them a try!
I had been a regular at a restaurant called HMD for years, but I noticed a decline in their quality alongside rising prices. I needed to find a new place, and I’m so glad I found A Speech. The food here is much fresher and more delicious. I have no doubt I’ll be a loyal customer for a long time!

This restaurant is amazing, offering delicious food and prompt service. The atmosphere is welcoming and provides everything I need, whether I'm in the mood for a full meal or just a light snack. I highly recommend it—definitely a perfect 12 out of 10 stars!
I get all my meals for the week here. Best tasting meal prep I’ve been able to find on Long Island.Highly recommend the Hawaiian salmon, and general tso chicken w/ dumpling.
Redefine is the best on the Island !! Better than hummus, swole house, and healthy meals direct.
